Most people find the task of driving a car a lot easier than drawing a car. However it doesn’t have to be so. With practice, patience and dedication, almost anyone can draw a car. Drawing a car can easily be achieved by being committed and following the right drawing instructions. This article is here to provide the last.

Drawing will require that you make use of the right tools. For this you will need a sheet of paper on which the car will be drawn on , a pencil which you will use in drawing, an eraser for addressing those inevitable mistakes and finally one willing human being to actually do the drawing-in your case that would be you.

The type of materials which you use is also important. The results of a drawing are affected by the quality of material which you use. Use soft paper and quality pencils. It is also important that you are comfortable when drawing.

Once you have all these taken care off, then you are ready to begin drawing. For beginners drawing a car might be a bit difficult in the beginning. Do not be discouraged by this. Keep at it and your drawing will slowly improve. Using your pencil, gently sketch in the basic shapes of your car. You can use large circles and squares if it helps. Your intent is to draw the broad outline whilst ignoring the details. Most people want to start their drawing by addressing the tiny details immediately. Avoid this. You should also use light pencil strokes. This will make it easier to erase any mistakes. Keep at it until you have a car shape that is satisfactory to you.

Once you are done with the basic shape of the car, the next step is to draw in the wheels. How you draw the wheels should take into account the position of the car. If the position of a car prevents some wheels from being seen then those wheels should be drawn that way. It is only after you are done with the basic shape that you can then begin to add in the details. Do not let the results of your first attempt discourage you. True success at drawing requires practice. Save the drawing of the car and repeat the attempt the next day. By the fourth day you will be amazed at how much better looking your car now is.
